Yoga During Pregnancy

 

Yoga During Pregnancy help in dealing with the symptoms of pregnancy, ensuring smoother and easier delivery, and faster recovery after childbirth. Poses that put pressure on the abdomen and other difficult poses should not be done during advance stages of Pregnancy. You do not have to do all these Asanas and remember to listen to your body and just do as much as you easily can.

Yoga Classes 4 All

At the Shambhavi Yoga Studio, We provide yoga classes combine traditional hatha yoga and vinyasa flow. The series begins with breath awareness followed by the standing series which includes twists, forward bends and balancing postures. 

 

The deep release floor series follows and ends with an inversion and savasana (short meditation). Each class may differ slightly depending on the focus of the class (hip openers, back bends etc) and the teachers creative inspired approach based on her yoga background.

 

Our yoga classes in South Delhi are suitable for all levels of ability from beginner to advanced.
